When is the iZombie Season 3 release date on The CW and Netflix? We have all the answers!
The CW scheduled iZombie Season 3 for a mid-season premiere rather than a fall premiere this year. Unfortunately, that means we won’t see the new season on The CW until 2017, likely some time in January 2017.
While the premiere of iZombie Season 3 is still a long time away, we don’t think the mid-season premiere of iZombie will affect when the season will be released on Netflix. Usually, when this happens, the season still ends in May along with the rest of The CW’s major shows like The Flash, Arrow, Supernatural, and others.
At the time of publishing, we are expecting to see iZombie Season 3 on Netflix in May 2017.
The iZombie Season 3 release date will also be eight days after the season finale airs on The CW. You see, The CW and Netflix agreed to a new contract that brings seasons of The CW shows like iZombie to Netflix exactly eight days after the season finale airs on The CW. The new deal was announced earlier this summer.
Like usual, we have a bit of a good news, bad news situation going on here. It’s going to be a while before iZombie Season 3 premieres on The CW, but you’ll still be able to watch the season in late spring 2017.
