What is Vidiots Foundation?
Vidiots is the 35-year-old landmark video store, formerly of Santa Monica. They’re relaunching at a historic movie theater in Northeast Los Angeles, The Eagle, with their 50k-title-collection on DVD and BluRay, the 250-seat- cinema (which operated from 1929-2000), beer, wine, and food. They’re a female founded and helmed 501c(3) non profit arts organization with a mission to maintain human interaction around film; preserve and make available our physical media collection; and offer community-driven film education initiatives, and a full calendar of film and programming of all kinds for all ages.
