The prize “Women In Film Max Mara Face of the Future®”Award, awarded for the first time at the 2006 edition of Crystal + Lucy Awards® of Women In Film, was conferred to an actress who is experiencing a turn in her career strongly committed to cinematographic and television productions. The prize was awarded – thanks to her social contributions – to acknowledge her outstanding performing skills, style and grace.
In the past, the prize has been awarded to Hailee Steinfeld, Chloë Grace Moretz, Katie Holmes, Zoë Saldana, Elizabeth Banks, Ginnifer Goodwin, Emily Blunt, Maria Bello and Rose Byrne. This year the winner is Natalie DormerWomen In Film is a no-profit organization helping women to achieve their goals in the field of entertainment, communication and media whilst maintaining the heritage of other women in the same sectors.
Founded in 1973, Women In Film and its Women In Film Foundation provide their members a wide contact network, educational programs, scholarships, funding and aids for film productions, job opportunities, mentoring and numerous other services to support a mission.
